By 32, Hardial began investing in real estate, earned his construction license, and over time built and self-managed a multi-million dollar portfolio as a single owner. <br> <br> Today, Hardial manages investments across multiple states and has a deep understanding of both property management and real estate investing. Michael Bleier is the Director of Operations and the Managing Broker of Record for HK Multifamily Management California, with specialized experience in residential and commercial property management.  As a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), he brings extensive expertise in optimizing property operations, enhancing tenant experiences, and maximizing asset performance. His deep understanding of property management enables owners and investors to operate more efficiently, reduce vacancies, and boost profitability. <br> <br> As President of Authorized Consulting, Michael partners with property management companies nationwide to help them fully leverage Yardi’s suite of products—including Yardi Breeze, Breeze Premier, Voyager, and Elevate. Ajay Banga is the CEO and has been a seasoned property management and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. Starting at the age of 16, Ajay gained firsthand knowledge of the industry, working his way from a maintenance worker to a property manager, regional manager, and even building out information systems for a property management company. At 23, Ajay began investing in real estate and has since built an extensive portfolio. <br> <br> Ajay is highly self-driven with a deep passion for property management and real estate. Monica Lockhart brings over two decades of expertise in Property Management, Development, and Real Estate Accounting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from Colorado Technical University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Washington. <br><br> Before founding Quick Accounting Solution in 2019, Monica was with Sotheby’s International Realty, where she earned the distinguished Presidential Award as one of their top Account Executives. With deep experience in platforms like AppFolio and Yardi, she has managed accounting for over 50,000 units across Multi-Family, Single Family, HOA, and nearly 4 million square feet of commercial properties. <br><br> Monica is passionate about delivering excellence and building long-term relationships with her clients. Hector Elias has dedicated 35 years to the construction industry, beginning his career in 1989 at just 17 years old. Under the guidance of his father, he became Vice President of the family-owned commercial roofing business, leading the estimating and project management department for 20 years. In 2010, he transitioned into multi-family construction, and in 2015, he partnered with his long-time mentor, a seasoned expert in the field. After nine years of collaboration, Hector now continues the business following his mentor’s passing in late 2024. <br> <br> Driven by passion, Hector has developed expertise in all aspects of multi-family construction, from minor repairs to full-scale interior and exterior renovations.
