We target acquisitions that typically meet these criteria:
- Multifamily properties (80-200+ units) but will consider smaller assets in established markets.
- Primary and secondary markets, ideally 1980s or newer construction.
- Locations near major employment hubs and strong educational infrastructure.
- Opportunities with all-cash sales or assumable financing.
- Value-add or rehabilitation projects with significant upside potential.
